Leveraging the company's broader EDI strategy, a key aspect of this commitment is incorporating Deaf awareness into our development and implementation stages. Our DfT TRIG Digital Maintenance project serves as a shining example of RazorSecure's dedication to implementing these principles across its initiatives. As an integral part of the project, our approach ensured that all user interfaces and documentation were accessible for those with hearing impairments. Communication methods throughout the project were designed specifically to consider Deaf employees, including the use of captioning for video conferencing, and utilising real-time text communication tools.
